We're a small team building in public.

FunderVibe is currently in early growth. We don't have open roles right now, but that's likely to change as the platform scales. When we do hire, we hire people who build in public themselves — people who understand what it means to ship something from zero and ask others to believe in it.

What we value in people we hire

• → You ship things. Not everything has to be polished. Finished beats perfect every time.
• → You care about users. Especially the builders using this to fund their work. Their success is the metric.
• → You're comfortable with ambiguity. Early-stage means the problem changes faster than the plan. You update and keep moving.
• → You communicate directly. We're async by default. Clear writing beats long meetings.
